How is ametrine formed?
Ametrine forms when the Earth heats amethyst and it starts to turn into citrine. This process stops part way leaving purple and yellow ametrine.
Once purchased, I will make and send your piece within 1-3 business days. If you opted to choose your ametrine, I will send you a video of your stone selection within 1 business day. Please respond within 24 hours for us to make and ship your piece before 3 business days. If you do not, we will hold the pendant for 2 days before shipping to make sure you have the chance to choose your stone.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
