Once purchased, I will make and send your piece within 1-3 business days. If you opted to choose your moonstone, I will send you an image of your moonstone earrings selection within 1 business day. Please respond within 24 hours for us to make and ship your piece before 3 business days. If you do not, we will hold the earrings for 2 days before shipping to make sure you have the chance to choose your pair. This will edit the processing time to 3-5 business days.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
